ABOUT US
We are a full-service restaurant based on a European bistro model – including takeaway and sit-down service, with a focus on Mediterranean and globally-inspired meals and desserts. Providing quality food with locally-sourced ingredients is the heart of our business.
Our location officially has a 'split personality.' In August 2023 we added our speakeasy, Cellar 65, downstairs; and February 2025 will see the addition of our nighttime Moroccan venue, Papillon, upstairs.

SERVERS
Our nighttime Moroccan venue, Papillon, will open in February! Full- and part-time positions are opening up as a result. Part-time will be evenings (Thurs-Sat from 4:30-10:00pm), full-time will work our double shift rotations, with four days on and three off. Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus. Our servers start at $15/hr base pay and earn between $22-30+/hr with tip share.
At a minimum, you must be available and willing to work during our open hours. Weekend availability is also necessary for this role. We are currently open to the public (winter hours) Th-F from 10am-2:30pm, Sat-Sun from 9am-2:30, and Thurs-Sat from 5-9pm.
If you love people and serving great food and like to pitch in where needed, then we'd love to get to know you -- serious applicants only please! We have a small team, and you *must* work well within a team environment for this role. We are planning our soft opening for Saturday, Feb 1.

ASSISTANT BAKER (FILLED)
Do you love pastry, breads, baking, and a wonderful sense of community? We do too!
The person in this position will work closely with the owner as part of the bakery team and ensure that items are up to the highest standards. This includes maintaining the FOH bakery case, prepping and baking pastries and breads for the summer Farmers' Market, and assisting with the production/packing of our granola for our growing portfolio of wholesale accounts. Light prep work will also be required.
Gluten free baking experience is a definite plus in this role. Strong communication skills are a must. You will need at least one year of experience in a production bakery to be considered for this role.
This is a full-time role with some special evening events and/or weekends. The pay for this position is $20-22/hr (which includes a base pay plus participation in our tip share) as well as the other benefits listed above.

NIGHT COOK (FILLED)
We are looking a motivated person for our downstairs venue at Cellar 65, our evening venue, which was recently highlighted in PDX Eater as one of the "Hottest New Restaurants in Bend." Applicants must be 21 and over.
This position will be responsible for maintaining prep for the night line, assembling and plating dishes, and maintaining a clean and efficient work space. Experience with Mediterranean flavors is a plus, but not required.
Current hours are Thurs, Fri, Sat from 4:30-10:00pm.
Wage is dependent on experience, and would participate in our tip share program.

DISHWASHER (WEEKENDS)
Perfect for someone who is looking for a part-time job, we are in need of a dishwasher to assist during peak daytime hours of Saturday and Sunday. Additional days can also be discussed.
Attention to detail and maintaining a clean workstation is a must. This is a fast paced job that is integral to maintaining a smoothly operating kitchen.
Starting at $18 per hour, which includes base pay plus participation in our tip share program.
