This is our original recipe...the one that started it all!
The "naked" no-fruit, oat-free original. A perfect muesli blend of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, maple syrup, flax seed, and toasted coconut. Grain free. No added sugar or salt.
Added bonus: Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, and are a fantastic source of magnesium, which many people don't get enough of. Coconut contains zero cholesterol and is a good source of energy, lipids, and various other nutrients.
